Yes, homemade with nuts medovik at Uzbekistan. By slice it is $5.50. One slice or one serving of cake is cut to mini 7pcs
As far as I know , No
Warm and cozy. Very nice food!
I been wanting to go this particular Restaurant for along time, as we entered no one greeted us, the busser sat us, we waited for a bit for a server, when she came to our table spoke lil english couldn't describe any of the menu. so we ordered a few things. The food was excellent!! I guess its worth the lousy service. the bathrooms were clean. again we waited for the check for a long time, I could of walked out without paying.
Good foods great service all around excellent
Awesome, authentic Uzbek food at a very fair price. Great ambiance, too!
First time visit!!! Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing service!! Super crowded but Artho made sure we were seated pretty quickly. Definitely definitely recommend going there. We will be back soon!!!
Next time we should dine there. My favorite dish there is the Lula Kabob with its sauce.
Great restaurant! The kabobs are the best and definitely my go-to dish! Great place for casual dining or a business meeting. A favorite spot of mine!
Amazing food and Service! The chops, bread, baba ganoush and everything else were to die for. Hearty portions and unbeatable price. Come in and bring everyone you know!
The food was delicious. I had the beef, lamb, and chicken kabobs, the mushroom soup and the tongue salad. Service was fantastic, very friendly, and attentative staff.
Food is great and prices are very reasonable. They opened up their outdoor seating area with plenty of space in between tables and open air. Everyone working there is wearing masks so felt safe and clean.
The food was great and the service was as well! Cute atmosphere and lots of delishous dishes to choose from! Highly recommend giving this place a try!
Food is amazing! Get the Mushroom Julianne and the lamb skewers. Nothing but empty plates at the end of our meal! 👍
The food is very good here. A couple of things that made my experience unpleasant, starting from the service. Second, the server wasn't very good at her job and didn't explain the options that came with the order. And worst of all for me, was that our food did not come together.
Great food, fast service and neat place! Highly recommended.
Great food and great service! They have a beautiful enclosed patio for outdoor seating. Delicious shish-kebobs, soups, and salads. Wish we could have tried more menu items. We will definitely be back for more!
This was a great experience we went with friends on Valentine’s Day and were very happy with our choices . As you can see from the pic the food was plentiful and delicious too. Highly recommend this quaint atmospheric restaurant
Uzbekistan is a great restaurant for assembling a delicious Central Asian meal of various components. Page after page of their menu promises new flavors and textures of Russian and Uzbek choices. The bread is delicious, as is the shashlik and the kutab. Frankly, one cannot go wrong, as long as one orders enough, and savors it all. Be sure to seek out staff as they often do not see new arrivals because they are running so many dishes of food to the tables.
Used to be a decent place, but they’ve changed for the worse. Ordering on the phone is overly complicated because apparently no one there is from this century and writes everything down on a piece of paper instead of tallying it up on the computer. Prices have skyrocketed as of recently too, it’s just not even worth bothering with. Just go to Samarkand instead.
I had to caught someone to be seated, on table I found pieces of food, waiting time to be served was too much. Can't say that dishes were bad but definitely there places who makes better. Their sizes I'd say smaller than regular. But they have a free parking on backyard.
Parking in the back. BYOB apparently (menu only has a dessert compot). Decent kebabs and warm traditional bread.
Amazing Food!!! Definitely will be back
I miss this place everyday but I moved to california back in 2011 the manti was my favorite dish including the shish kabobs super delish I am happy to see this place is still open ! I will always miss this place .
Outstanding food. The best around. Great service and good people. Everytime.
Food had a ton of flavor and every dish was great. Try the Beef Stroganof. The prices were more than fair. Go as soon as you are able!
Great food and experience. Give it a try!
We love it here. What a great place to bring your friends for dinner. The food is fabulous and you are never rushed. Great for a meal for two or a birthday celebration with 16. Everything is delicious but our favorites are the Korean Carrot Salad, Ukrainian Borscht and Sea Bass Kabobs.
Excellent food! Nothing like it around. Soups are all delicious! Shish kebabs are all wotlrth trying. Very attentive service, cozy atmosphere! Napoleon is 10 on a 10 scale!!! New favorite restaurant.👌
Excellent place for delicious Uzbeki food. Visited about four, it was not full. Really nothing but great experiences here, so I will be back. Prices that are reasonable.
This place was awesome! I enjoyed the atmosphere with my mom and little brother, most definitely family friendly. There is no pressure here! It's like eating at your own house. Prices are shockingly good for the food they deliver. The black tea is highly recommended, unfortunately they don't sell it. It's from Uzbekistan directly!Lot of interesting meal options from grilled Kebabs to Pilaf and cool vegetarian options. Not too spicy yet definitely not bland. A well balanced meal!
Food was woundeful, nice outside dining, what matters the most is that they really don't care if you Waring a mask , Keep Americans free
Love this place. Foods are amazing fresh and testy. We got addicted to this place. They gave us 10% off for our next visit. All decorations are amazing for Valentines day and other days too.
Great place with very delicious food. They have good prices and plate size is pretty decent! I would definitely come back!
One of my favorite places to eat. The food is amazing, the staff is great too. Outdoor seating is super cute - you can sit out front or in the back. The food reminds me of a home cooked meal. Expect to sit there for hours eating and enjoying great conversation, we always do! There is a colony of cats that live in the attached parking lot - they are very well taken care of thank god. Feel free to feed them some left overs as I always buy them a chicken shish kabob and cut it up for them :) Just be careful driving in and out of the parking - look out for the cats!!!
We love love love Uzbek!! This is my favorite restaurant in all of Northeast Philly and most of Philadelphia. We love all of their food and the Napoleon and honey cakes are to die for. We love their tea and even their cups! Best food around and reasonably priced. They let you stay and relax. We have been regulars for over ten years. Highly recommend!!
Uzbekistan is one of our absolute favorite restaurants!! The food is fresh, delicious, and tastes like Mom worked all day making it. The portions are more than generous with very reasonable prices. The atmosphere is cozy, fun and comfortable, both inside and outside - a true escape from Philadelphia to another world. Definitely a hidden gem worth making a trip for! We love it here.
Amazing food! I bring all of my out of town guests here because not many have tried food from this region of the world. My favorites are their cabbage rolls, cheburek, green borscht soup, crabmeat/spinach salad, and the grilled shish kabobs.
This was my favorite place in the area, but now they are using single use plastic utensils, cups, straws and paper plates. Feels like I was eating at a cheap gas station and not an actual restaurant. There is no excuse to use single use plastics at all. Plates and cups can be safely sanitized with steam in a normal dish washer. Stop dumping so much waste
Good location for tasty Uzbeki food. Visited Fri evening I think. I've had nothing but enjoyable experiences here and plan to keep visiting. This place has many great reviews for a reason.
Alcohol selling here...and food is not good...3 month ago there was alcohol...beside when you type Uzbekistan restaurant first picture on google is a cup of wine...so it's no a fake post. Take care of yourself...I'll remove this review only when one of my friends will make sure that you guys really don't have an alcohol
Absolutely the best Restaraunt in north east philadelphia with no close comparison. Homemade food done better than anyone.
I don't wanna talk when my is full and i am enjoying it very much. thank you !!
I like food.. it's really tasty.
We went for Fathers Day and had a very enjoyable time, the staff was very helpful and attentive ,service was a 10! We will revisit
Fantastic! The food is incredible, something different, came out quickly, and reasonably priced. BYOB, totally worth it, the food will not disappoint. Staff were great. This is a culinary experience that I would recommend over and over. Will definitely be going back!
Great food. One dish is better than the next.
I like this place for it's ethnic food choices Middle Eastern-Med-Israeli mostly some Americana. Richly flavored some unusual choices ex. Cheese on salmon?-one negative some things on the menu are not available so you might be disappointed.
Amazing food with unique Mediterranean flavors. Also pleased with the generous portions. I recommend getting the steak kabobs.
Still great, despite restrictions on masks and seating. Food was tasty and fresh. Service was fast and friendly, just couldn't see smils behind the masks .
The food is okay. I don't know if I can say generic Uzbekistan but it wasn't all that great. The service is good. The decor is very crowded and tight to walk around. The outside of the place looks rather "slapped together". Like a permanent Christmas theme.
Our first time for dinner.Friends suggested we try it.On arriving it was packed. But a gentleman in the patio,I can't remember his name Altuo??? Seated us..no reservations.Andbthecservice and food were just amazing .At a good price. We ordered .I snuck out to get beer and wine..Down the street...came back to a fabulous dinner.VERY IMPRESSED.The food was amazing .But the lamb skewers. Were a God send.Wow!!!
